Assigning Reviewer

SETCMS carries out the reviewer assignment process based on submission or reviewer. The basic features are given below;

• You can determine the review form design and the questions it contains yourself.
• Each review process determines a score for the submission.
• The administrator cannot change the reviewer's evaluation.
• Administrators can enter manual review.
• More than one reviewer can be assigned for the selected submission.
• More than one submission can be assigned to the selected reviewer.
• An e-mail can be sent to the Reviewer for a review invitation.
• If the reviewer accepts the invitation, he can fill out the review form without logging in.
• Every review operation performed is notified to the administrator by e-mail.

Creating Committee

SETCMS software supports six different user roles. These are the manager, chair, editor, reviewer, author, and secretary. The Manager role is authorized to use the entire system and can determine the menus that other user roles can access. It can also define users' roles. With SETCMS, a user who submits a paper to the system is defined as the author by default.

Cash Book

It is the module used to track and graphically visualize all income and expenses of the organization.

Within the scope of this module, registration fees, accommodation entries, and audience registration fees are tracked as income.

Expenses entered through the "Payments" menu are tracked as expenses.

All income and expenses are made according to a maximum of three currencies defined on the SETCMS management screen.

Registration Form

This module includes participants registering as writers or listeners and making payments.

• Participants can complete the registration process according to the payment options defined by the administrator.
• After registration, an information e-mail is automatically sent to the participant and the administrator.
• Additionally, if registration is made with the accommodation option from the registration form, accommodation information is automatically saved in the accommodation module.
• Participants can track their registration status via the "Registrations" menu. The administrator can follow up/approve/delete, etc., all registration transactions through this menu.
• The manager determines the registration options offered to participants. These definitions can be made based on five different currencies.
• Payment can be made with a credit card, wire transfer, and payment via link. Which methods will be active is determined by the manager.
• SETCMS can perform transactions in three different currencies simultaneously. To determine the currencies that will be active, the manager must enter bank account information.

Creating Templates

With the template creation module, you can create templates for the invitation letter, acceptance letter, payment receipt, and proforma invoice that the organizers need and send them to the participants by e-mail via SETCMS. Additionally, if you upload participation documents to the system, participants can access their participation documents online through the system.

Creating Program

• SETCMS supports automatic creation of the organization's program and exporting it to Excel.
• Before the program is created, session information (date, time, duration, etc.) must be defined by the manager.
• When creating the program, if the participant has a presentation time preference, it is taken into account as a priority.
• Each session is automatically planned according to the topics defined in the organization and determined by the author during the paper submission process.
• Manager/chair/secretary can make changes to the program manually.
